1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by kesawanbola through our website or digital platform, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and kesawanbola.
If a user does not agree to any or all of the terms set out here, they are required to immediately discontinue use of the services and not proceed with account registration. Continued use of the services following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
These terms apply to all users who access the platform from within Indonesia or from abroad, as long as they are using services provided by kesawanbola. Users who register are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide during the registration process.
2. Account Creation and Security
To use kesawanbola services in full, users are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including promotion abuse, is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account credentials. kesawanbola will never ask for a user's password through any communication channel. If a user suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must immediately contact our support team via the official email address available on the platform.
The identity verification process (KYC – Know Your Customer) must be completed before a user can make a withdrawal. Verification is carried out by uploading a valid official identity document, such as an Indonesian national ID card or passport. The information provided during the KYC process must match the user's actual identity and must not use another person's data.
Users must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the legal age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction, to register for and use this platform. kesawanbola reserves the right to conduct age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet the age requirements.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
kesawanbola users are required to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. Users are prohibited from using the services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other activity prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Users are strictly prohibited from taking any action that could disrupt or compromise the integrity of the platform's systems and infrastructure, including hacking attempts, spreading malware, or using unauthorized automation tools (bots). Any attempt to manipulate the game or betting systems, including exploiting technical vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain, will result in permanent account suspension.
Users are responsible for all transactions carried out through their account. kesawanbola is not liable for any losses arising from a user granting account access to another party or from negligence in safeguarding account credentials. Users are also prohibited from transferring, selling, or assigning their account to another party in any form.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the kesawanbola platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), and QRIS. Users are responsible for ensuring that the name on the bank account or payment account used matches the name registered on their kesawanbola account.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on the payment method selected and the account's verification status. Current transaction limit information is available on the cashier page after logging in. All amounts displayed on the platform are indicative and may change at any time without prior notice.
Transaction processing times vary: deposits via digital wallet are usually processed within 2–15 minutes, while bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes depending on banking network conditions at the time. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet account that has been verified in the name of the account holder.
kesawanbola reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any transaction deemed suspicious, inconsistent with the terms of use, or associated with suspected illegal activity. In such cases, kesawanbola will contact the user for further clarification before making a final decision regarding the transaction.
5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
kesawanbola reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account if a violation of these terms and conditions is found. Account suspension or closure may be carried out without prior notice if the situation is deemed urgent, such as the detection of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
Reasons that may lead to account suspension include: creating multiple accounts, using a false identity, suspected money laundering activity, abuse of promotional programs, use of unauthorized software or automated methods, and deliberate violation of game rules. Users whose accounts have been suspended may appeal through official support channels by providing relevant information and documentation.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through customer support channels. Before the account is closed, any remaining active balance that qualifies for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the applicable procedure. Funds associated with a violation of the terms and conditions are not eligible for withdrawal and may be forfeited in accordance with platform policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the kesawanbola platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, user interfaces, and software code – is the intellectual property of kesawanbola or parties that have licensed it to us. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws applicable in Indonesia and internationally.
Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission from kesawanbola. Using the trademarks, logos, or visual identity of kesawanbola for commercial purposes without explicit consent constitutes an intellectual property violation and may be subject to legal action.
The kesawanbola platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of the content, products, or policies of those third-party sites. kesawanbola is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites accessible through our platform. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability and Changes to Terms
kesawanbola provides its platform services "as-is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or suitability for any specific user need. While we strive to ensure platform availability 24 hours a day, technical issues, system maintenance, or events beyond our control may affect service accessibility from time to time.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, kesawanbola is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform services, even if kesawanbola has been informed of the possibility of such losses. The liability of kesawanbola is limited to amounts that can be directly and demonstrably proven, proportional to the applicable terms.
kesawanbola reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time in line with business developments, regulatory changes, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated to users through the platform's official communication channels with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. If a user does not agree to the changes, they may request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
